No Service

Hi, currently im facing network no service for unifi lite for more than 24 hours at Merlimau, Melaka area. No news or update on the Unifi Announcement page. I am not able to further check with TM support team as I only have bill account ID which is D206316300303 and no other info. Kindly assist me on this issue. Thank you.

Hi there @Lina_Ahmad ,

 

I assumed you are not the owner of the account, right? If you can get a hold of the account owner then she/he could livechat with TM regarding this matter & can open a report ASAP.
