No connection

I turned of the modem to avoid lightning strike just now. When i turned it back on, i can connect to wifi but no connection at all. I have restart the modem few times but still no connection. I have tried step suggested in easyfix but the ADSL not responsding. I called 100, the line too busy. I started livechat, also too busy. So how should i solve my connection problem?

Same problem here in Shah Alam.

Call 100 and managed to get in touch after several attempt. I was told that the technical team will call me back but until now call nothing. 

Line was down for like 12 hours now and still no action from Unifi. Lodged a call complaint to mcmc already.
