Payment Issue

I have made April payment on 29 April and transaction history also stated received April payment on the same day but until today, app still shows due payment of April . I have completed my TM payment via Unifi app and also received sms that payment has received. Now, I still haven't received May statement yet. 

I tried to logout and login again the Unifi app, but the status still the same. Chatted with live agent, said will update in 7days but already passed 7 days still the same.

Kindly assist. Thank you.
