I have paid for the unifi bill via online banking FPX just now, but after i key in my username and password of bank account and I click submit, the page keeps loading for about 10 mins, so I decided to reload, but it doesn't work, then I straight away close the loading page. Now my bank account have deducted the money, but I'm not sure whether the payment updated in the unifi system or not. So what can I do now?

Usually, upon successful payment at your end, the payment will be updated within 30 minutes in the system. You will receive a notification once the system has accepted the payment.
