Problem at terminal port .

My unifi install at 8/1/2019, BTU Los Led blinking red at 12/1/2019. 15/1/2019 Tm installer come fix and say my port at terminal being pull off.  How to report this,  and can I  get rebate?

Tm installer fix it on 15/1/2019 already.  And the Los Led blinking again yesterday (17/1/20919). Yesterday I call the tm installer again. He say when he go fix at terminal port, my port being pull off.  So I think another customer share a port with me?

Could be your area, unifi subscriber > ports available. or some untrained technician simply unplug your port at their network point for another customer. lodge a report.
