Hi @IzatBobChin . You can log in to unifi portal at https://unifi.com.my or myunifi apps to view and print your bill online for last 6 months bills. Previously, for annual bill statement, I just contact TM support via livechat/calling 100 for request. Customer service will send the e-Bill to preferred email address, and it’s FREE! You may request by contact them at TM support channel ya > https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us

You can request for the unifi 2021 Bil Statement via help@tm.com.my on gmail and they will give it to you

Hi, @IzatBobChin . Have you contact their support team to get the copy bills needed for the year 2021? You may request with them and they will sent the copy bill to your registered billing email address.
