Same problem here. Tukar dari line biasa ke unifi dah 3 bulan. Bayar bil pun tak dapat points.

Reward point akan diberikan jika bil dibayar sebelum due date. Anda boleh membuat semakan reward point di aplikasi myunifi atau portal unifi.
Points tunjuk ada 784 tapi tak bagi "redeem"; bayar bulanan awal tapi tak dapat points pula sejak tahun lepas November. Dissapointed.....nobody nak layan pun kes I dah empat bulan.......tadi i live chat agent lagi, sama je suruh tunggu mereka escalated masalah bagi 2nd level orang tu siasat..............letih....ulang lagi sama steps, sama soalan, sama masalah tak pernah selesai.
