Same. My home has no internet since Sunday 18 April 2021. Made a report via easyfix chat on the day itself. Followed up via easyfix chat on Monday 19 April 2021, Unifi said will put my case as urgent and priority. Today is Tuesday 20 April 2021, called up Unifi, said a technician will be arranged to check today. Now is 2.38pm, will the technician show up? This has created a lot of inconvenience to my family and I as we are all working from home. Significant improvement needed.
