My unifi air modem status since this morning. Strange, how can the operator become MY CELCOM? Anyone facing this issue before?
Yesterday, when TM carried out the Unifi Mobile upgrade exercise, my unifi air couldn't get online the whole day, despite soft reset, hard reset to the modem. None of the basic troubleshooting work.
This morning tried my luck to restart the modem, end up it becomes MY CELCOM. OMG!
Did a factory reset again, but unfortunately, still the issue persist.
Masih PKP lg ke tu?? maintenance ambik masa lama sgt... sepatutnya ada pulangan wang utk pelanggan yg langsung tak ada connection... nak byr bill pun susah apps bebal manjang. Nie 1 hal lg profile invalid plak dah... nak rujuk kat sapa plak nie? nak kena tanya pak jaga ke?

sakit nye la hati. waktu malam gini je la laju. tapi down pulak terus. siang slow nak cecah 2mbps dwnload speed pn jenuh
Nampaknya ada masalah sistem ni. Saya pun out terus! Unifi please respond on an urgent basis
Service suddenly ceased at about midnight. No internet and nothing wrong with Huawei router. When I checked the IP number this message came up. I checked MyUnifi (just in case I forgot to pay) but another surprise, my Unifi Air account as well as WEBE mobile accounts are missing. Please remedy ASAP and we all deserve a 1 month rebate for this ridiculous problem.

@remstr No improvement. Same as yesterday. Modem restarted.
Yes. Same here. Internet down since yesterday night and now still disconnected
