Has been 5 days without internet and also telephone home also can't use. Reported to live chat, 100, Facebook, twistter. After 5 days I still getting the same reply from them, which is wait for techinical team to call u. But already 5 dayssss I still receive nothing from their technical team. I make calls and follow every single day and still got ntg. And now they leave me hanging there.
Im working from home, internet is very important for me!! Tm unifi you give more trouble than my work
