You may request for upgrade the plan using myunifi app. Register and login at myunifi app, click on "Account" tab , choose the account by clicking on "View Account" Under "My Service" you may see the "Change My Plan" option.
@ASMAAMOHAMED , you may submit your change plan request by login into your unifi portal account or myunifi and submit your change plan request. Someone should call you back within 5 working days after you submit the change plan request.
