Hi TM. Can you check my telephone line service?
I'm using Unifi homeline but recently my phone can't hear any voice on call and receive call.
My modem is working fine and the tel 1/phone light is on so I think it's my phone problem.
Should I bring my phone to TM centre for checking?

hi there @richard0079 , firstly you can log a report. Then when they have done their troubleshooting, they will advise you further. Livechat ya.
Hi...can't make or receive call. I'm using unifi homeline.
My phone appear 'Register'.

If you pick up the phone cradle, is it totally no dial tone?
