Unifi Installation Fees

I was told by the TM installer to pay RM600 for connecting the fiber optics into my house which is definite less than 10meter. Is this reasonable?

Hi @Cindyz ,

For standard installation, there will be no charges. For non standard installation, the charges will be determine by the contractor depends on the work needed (going trough ceiling, etc.)

My advice is, you can negotiate with them and if you think it is too pricey, proceed with standard installation first.

For Standard Installation,there will be no charged but if you ask for Non Standard Installation,charged may be required to pay directly to TM Contractor after finish the Installation
