Unifi No Port. Tried Queueing for Port but each time when I ask they say there is no such request!

Hi all,

For the past few months I've trying to apply for TM Unifi at my house @ Seksyen 27 Shah Alam, but have been told that there are already no ports within the area. I have been told by the sales agent that they will help to include me in the queue for port, but when I called TM's hotline the other day to check, it mentioned that apparently no such requests were made! May I know if theres any reliable way to track queue for this port request?

The only valid request will come from official channel such as TMpoint. I dont think that agent will do that for you. You could ask for a reference number though.
