My unifi stops working from 3.00pm to the following day (down for atleast 8-12 hours).
I ned some help as this issue has been happening since the 6th of April.
3 technician visited my house:
Tech 1 - Saya dah reset port - cuba test and did a speed test.
Tech 2 - Tukar cable fibre dari wall port ke modem - walaupun x rosak..mungkin rosak..
Tech 3 - After multiple escalation, replaced the modem.
I am tired of calling and reporting the issue, I really need some help.
