Hi i recently move to Bukit Rimau Greenhills here and unfortunatey i found out my area has no port. Some of my neighbours have successfully install the port, they recommend me a reseller to help with my case unfortunately its been more than 1 month and the reseller is unable to provide me any updates at all.
Is there any way to expedite the case?

I tried call their support but they unable to provide me a resolution. They did raise a case ref 1-25213171633. I will try check back if they did not get back to me
