Port being disconnected by TM contractor for new user (No port available) from 3rd December 2019 until 07 Dec 2019. Attend complain on Wed 04 Dec and Sat 07 but another issue with router. Issue report for replacement but did not come. Manage to rectify on my own but TM charging me $53 (incl tax). Refuse to pay after lodge a few time complained. Line being cutt-off after MCO and another $10.6 for reconnect being charged. Thinking to move to other operator later on if no action being taken.
