Your request to change CPE will be processed accordingly.

 

Anyone can help regarding this issue. I have chat via live chat 3 times and they answer will update but until now, they didn't send any technician. Start from January 2019, package already upgrade to unifi 500Mbps. I have agree to change device from TM and continue another 2 year contract.

Unifi have send their technician to change the new router that i have aggreed on 24 Dec 2018.
