Hai @ramizu. Jika awak sudah semak kabel dipasang dengan betul (dari set telefon disambung ke port Tel 1 pada modem) dan isu masih sama tiada nada dial, awak boleh terus rujuk dan dapatkan bantuan dari khidmat pelanggan unifi.

sila bantuan saya tukar port terdekat
i dah request banyak kali apa2 cara pun i dah cuba,tapi sampai sekarang tak tukar lagi
saya new user,dia orang pasang port jauh lebih ada 20unit rumah berapa ratus meter jauh punya port bagi i guna, dan rumah i belakang sahaja dah ada port baru i nak guna port baru, sebab i baru pasang 1bulan
dah 3kali takda internet sebab issue cable outdoor tu masalah
harap sangat2 tolong tukar kan terima kasih
Hi, @Haizan1603 is the 5.0Ghz wifi light in the router ON? Have you tried to check and connect with other devices?
My computer cannot detect the available network which is unifi 5G.
At the moment connection through unifi 2.4GHz which is very slow.

Pastikan kabel RJ11 disambungkan ke belakang modem anda di port TEL1 dan check sama ada dial tone berbunyi atau tidak

Have you try to turn off the Router and modem for 15 second and check again your connection?If it still same,you may report to LiveChat to make a further checking on your connection status

Seems like your Fibre Cable is broken it can be via a Network Maintenance or from the outside may have some issue anyway you can call 100 or LiveChat to make a Technical Report

As i check, there is no outage issue that is happening based on unifi alerts portal (https://home.unifi.com.my/unifi-alerts).I suggest you to contact unifi support for further a assistance. You may refer here, https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us. I recommend to livechat with them pertaining to this matter.

Bayaran dikemaskini dalam 30 minit kalau tiada apa-apa masalah, boleh tengok di portal website atau apps. Sekiranya tak masuk mungkin ada isu lain. Boleh semak dengan TM untuk tahu lebih lanjut .
