extra billing this monthRM210.90 to RM383.60

I done paying mine bill on November for two month which for October and November for RM399.25 include recconection panalty with total RM420. Yet this month i got mine bill total of RM383.60?  aren't it suppose to be around RM201.90 or RM210.90?

you got check your bill pdf detail , where they charge it ??

the bill pdf normally send to your email register with this unifi.

if not , then go register selfcare , login can download bill PDF also .

another reason might be the monthly bill circle , some is not from 1st to 30/31 , it maybe from 10th month1 to 9th month2 .

the bill statement still on 7Nov, while the payment that I done was at 11Nov. Now  already 8 Dis, the summary of due is still  on 28 Nov

you can login selfcare check the due amount in there , is that same as your PDF bill .

if yes , then you can try livechat with TM , ask them check about this case .
