modem TPlink TL-MR6400 internet down

I have subsribed to unifiair last month from Sibu Sarawak. The internet commection was smooth and satisfying. But after one month later, there are internet connection problems especially during working hours. I was wondering is anyone else faced or facing this problem? 

The internet status is connecting most of the time since 7 February 2021 until now. And I have missed a lot of the online meetings, which is bad.

I have made complain to unifiair live chat but did not get any feedbacks. 

I have checked my modem firmware version adn it is up to date. 

Any advice on how to resolve this problem?

livechat is responding. but it is not helpful in solving the problem.  

After i switched to another ISP, it is already back online. 

I think something wrong with unifiair server.  

Since I have already switched from unifiair, i would like to drop this case.
