nil service in bukit changgang and no action

hi.. i have called your line to report my technical issue on 17 Apr 2020 (1-33745820999) but nil action is yet taken under account number 1046448773.. my internet is LOSS in Bukit Changgang area. the customer care couldnt restart my modem from the system, thus creating a report for technician's further action.. despite i have called in so many times to request to expedite the process but still no action/updates from your side.. im kinda upset with this situation.. please be more responsible and give me an updates/solution..

Hi there @. Thank you for your reply.. Yes. The technician had come over to check. But it looks like the problem is due to outside cable that does not give any signal.. In which require for your contractor to fix this. Would you be so kind enough to assist send a remark to the relevant team to expedite this process.. Since i need the internet for working at home
