Anybody has any idea where to get your service ID or service phone nmber?
it says yo can get it from your TM Bill but i cant find it. Tried key in the a/c nmber found in the bill before but seems like thats not the one.

easy. login to unifi.com.my and you will see it on your screen. i think its your phone number.

what is my service id number...now i cannot make my payment coz keep asking my id number that i don't have...
You can check yours from your bills. Or simply log in to unifi.com.my or download unifi care app from playstore & app store.
