unifi 300Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018)

Hi,

I just logged into my unifi account and submitted the unifi 300Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018) October - December 2018 today. 

Am I still getting the upgrade?

My current package is unifi advance 30Mbps,

Well, I have late submitted the  Entitlement Package on 08/01/2019. 

I don't know whether I still entitle to get it.

What should I do or how?

I am apply the same package as you in Seremban. 300mbps Turbo RM139.00

Application since April 2018 ( grouping application community )

Recieve the internet in 6th January 2018 as 30 mbps (Bonanza Campaign)

Promised delivered full 300mbps after 30 working days.

Yet until now still pending. 

TM please respond. Dont make profit with silent promotions. Do comfirm in numbers and not a hope.

I was exactly same plan and case as you are facing now. Did  TM already done the upgrade for you?
