Sejak 3hb jun, line unifi air saya hilang. Saya telah pm @helpmeunifi di twitter dan telah melalui proses T/S sama dia. Router masih tunjuk lampu merah. Mohon sangat TM baiki line segera. Bawah ialah info yang saya share sama @helpmeunifi: Nombor akaun: 32XXXXXXXX Alamat: XXXX, 93250 Siburan, Sarawak, Koordinat: 1.422500,110.293173 Nombor Service Ticket: CAS-220604-521258

Hi @cp3_p0n3 . Dah cuba follow up semula status laporan dengan team unifi? Cuba semak juga liputan unifi Air untuk alamat anda kat link ini > https://unifi.com.my/check-coverage .  Kalau dah buat laporan biasanya team unifi akan beri maklum balas dalam tempoh 1-3 hari di emel anda.
