APPLIED TO CHANGE EXISTING LINE TO WEBE BUT CURRENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Dear,

I already applied webe and claim my simcard from tmpoint.

my application is to maintain my existing number, however my current provider rejeted due my account got a supplement which is my wife. therefore, i decided not to terminate our account but to proceed with webe but with new number.

 

How do i proceed with webe with a new number. kinldy advise?

Hello, 

 

You tried to port in but failed. is the current webe SIM account active still? If yes, please terminate the line.

 

then you can click on webe mobile and buy a new plan. Follow the process and you will be asked if you want a new number. If you click yes, it will take you to a page to select your favourite numbers. It is as easy as that. 

 

Once subscription and payment is done, the sim will be delivered to the address you provided. Make sure you're home Smiley Happy

@akmalhassan81 make sure you are home coz webe delivery guy will need to see the physical NRIC of the subscriber for verification.

do they contact us first to confirm on the delivery date and time before sending?
