Already tried livechat, email to email@example.com for deactivation and termination of line. Requested for port out on 9th January 2018, replied the Yes SMS but both telco simcard still active which really troublesome me in order to get SMS transactions from bank. New telco line is activated on 13th January. Need your team to solve this by now as i’ve tried everything including calling webe careline number.
