Hello everyone, on 13th march 2021 unifi suddenly cancelled my account. At the moment, BEBAS MONTHLY plan is still active until 27 march and i have RM9.50 balance. I already verified my IC via mobile@unifi apps. I tried to use live chat, but no one replied. Then I emailed the customer service and they respond but still not very helpful. Now 7 days of internet already wasted and 7 days left before expiration. My online classes already started on 14th march and unifi put me in really difficult situation. I need someone to take action ASAP.
