Activation

Hai. I am asking on behalf of my relative. He is a Hotlink customer and thought of changing to webe. He applied for webe simcard online and already recieved it. However, he can’t activate his webe simcard as there is no notification from Hotlink. What should he do? Your assistance is appreciated.
