1. iMessage cannot be activated via phone number. Why is that?
2. For some, iMessage cannot be activated even when email address is entered. Why is that?
3. I keep receiving pop up notification saying (cannot remember exact message "when you activate iMessage, ... may incur additional cost.. " why is the notification keep popping up?
