My condo is in webe coverage hotzone (good coverage) but would I have problem for wifi connection if my condo unit is above 35 floor?

FYI: Webe contacted me says NO, webe coverage cannot extend above 15 floors.
webe coverage cannot extend above 15 floors? that's funny as i'm on 23rd floor and still have coverage
