Hi, I cannot use my student email to register because when I type in my ic number the personal email will come out automatically and I can't change it. I also fail to verify my ic step 5. How can I do?

For the students who already have a mobile service with us now/before, please go ahead and use your personal email address. We'll honor the unlimited internet data promised and good luck with your studies!
For the students who are trying to login to the app for the first time: do note that if you're switching over your mobile number from your previous service provider you won't be able to login to the app until the process is completed and your previous service provider has released your number to us.
