Last month bill october saya tiba2 naik. customer service ckp bill nov akan jadi mcm sediakala and akan tolak lebihan bayaran bill october tu. Diorang ckp sistem bermasalah tak update. But Nov bill still the same. Anyone can clarify for me for this issue?
