Hope the issue you are experiencincing will be solve soon. If you do have any alternative device, you may try to insert your unifi mobile SIM card in other device and monitor again the issue. This is to make sure this issue is not related/caused from your device setting.

 

Preferably, you may try to refer with unifi support at https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us to check further regarding this issue. There are several channel you can refer to them.

The issue was on their system side.. They have resetted their system to clear this matter. so It is Unifi error.
