CANT ACCESS INTERNET AT ALL EVEN

Am i the only one having this issue? Recently port in ,from digi to unifi 12 months contract. Very disappointed.Even though full bar, LTE i cant even google a single thing. PLEASE FIX THIS . Bad customer service as no one picking up live chat ever since 2pm .
