CANT SIGN UP DUE MYSTERIOUS OVERDUE BILL BY PREVIOUS TELCO

I get Webe plan info from my uncle. I am interested to sign up, but webe notified that I have an overdue payment with my previous telco. I called my previous telco to confirm, & they told me that my record NEVER exists in their database already since I already terminated the contract w/o any overdue payment on 2013. I also checked with CTOS, also no trace on any blacklist.. How can webe detect that kind of issue? What should I do?

File a complaint with SKMM or MCMC request them to investigate, if u hv outstanding just pay up, be a responsible citizen.

Woah, thank for the suggestion. Since I happened to found out this issue for my first time recently, I just don't know what to do. As I remember, I cant terminated my previous postpaid with any overdue. Since I pay a bit more than amount I need to pay my monthly fee so my termination process went smoothly. I am quite a responsible person aren't I? ^^. I will first ask for CFM to help me out on this issues. Thank you for kind respond. Hv a wonderful day^^.
