Can't see anything on my Self-Care

When I go to self-care dashboard, it says...

"Oops, looks like you haven't subscribed to anything yet"

 

why is this so when I am already using it? I want to see my bill online and pay. Any advise?

It showed this after I clicked on it:
404
we can't find the page
but let's try these links out and see if they could help you.

Please assist me.

Funny. I click on that link and it works. Try manual way then

To check billing, first log in to Self Care.
Once you're log in, click Charges and you should see your bill online

If you wish to contact livechat, under Dashboard in Selfcare, scroll down and click on Let's Have A Chat.

Hi..i have same problem. i already login and click on charges to see my bill.. but it say that i haven't subscribe anything yet. same when i click on dashboard.
