Cancel my order

Hi. I bought a plan for my wife under my name but was not allowed to switch by Umobile as current number is under my wife's name. So I'd like to cancel that plan and register her an acc on her own name using her current number. Please help.

Since that number belong to your wife, your wife will need to the porting request instead.
