Cannot detect simcard

Hi. I want to change my telco to unifi without change my current contact number. After my current telco was terminate(no seervice), I insert unifi simcard, but the problem is the simcard not detected. I'm using dual sim, but even i try both slot still not detected. also i can't to set any setting in sim management setting if the simcard not detected. Please help me. if the problem from hardware(simcard) or software(telco)?

there's few things to look at.

1) Check if the SIM card used on the slot is the correct one

2) Make sure the APN setting has been set and selected according to the slot

3) Just be sure you are located within network coverage, 4G network the better.

4) If you suspect sim card issue, try slot it into other 4G phone and test it out.

I facing the same problem after updated latest IOS 12.3.1. I using iphone SE. The problem is when i put the sim card to another phone, the sim card detected & i put the another sim card to my phone also can use as usual. Hopefully unifi mobile team can solve this matter. Thanks.

I suspect it could be something to do with the bugs involve with your phone since you mentioned you already tried putting the sim card to other phones and it works.

as of today, there's latest 12.3.2. Try update to that.
