hm i do not know why.it has been a month since my report dated on 31 july. they should not treat my case as resolved.
my internet still sucks at my workplace and home. except at my kampung at muar, the internet is fairly good. but its only once a month im going back to my hometown.
i do not know what channel should i use to bring up this matter.
i dont have any choice except to terminate my webe soon.
not going to waste my money anymore.
