hi, i just realized that i wrongly put ic no after i received unifi sim kad today. How to change the ic no wrong 1 digit. And i cant live chat as i not unifi subscriber. Kindly help.

Hi there @Hazri1 ,

That is big you know. Why? because unifi will check your IC based on the one you provided, need to check blacklist and so on.

My advice is, forget that one. You need to register the new one using your own IC.

Hi there @Nelsoncsh ,

If your IC are incorrect in the system, then you cannot proceed with the registration. You need to request for a new one, with your correct IC number & email.
