Changed to Webe but online account is not available dont know how to view or pay bill

my webe simcard has been activated as i registered over counter at TM Point Quill City Mall. According to the customer service representative the online account can be access thru webe selfcare apps using the email, but the email not even found in the database whenever i tried to login. Therefore, how can i view or pay the bill.

Hi Asmari,

When you register you will received an email on the order. The email that they use to send the order details is the username that you can use to log in the Selfcare. If you received the order details, you can click on forgot password. If not, you can try to contact their careline number at 011 1000 1000.
