I am also from Puncak Alam. Specifically from Sekyen 12, Bandar Puncak Alam (Fasa 3). I had contacted unifi agent two times via chat and already submitted my email with speedtest report regarding this issue. In addition, I had performed several speed tests at adjacent places around Seksyen 12 including Fasa 2, Fasa 1 and at Felda Bukit Cherakah and found out that the line is fluctuating. Please do something UNIFI.
