I have started a case ID request to decrease my credit limit to default , but the case was closed and mark as resolved without any solution.
I don't see where to decrease my credit limit.

No, I ticked please contact via email, and i didn't receive email at all but the case is marked as resolved already. Anyway, please reduce my credit limit to default RM250
