Didn't receive my bill

Hi Unifi Team,

 

Im having a problem whereas i didn't receive my postpaid bill. I only receive the message which state my bill are ready to pay. But when i go into the link given and sign in, and go to my subscription, it says i have no subscription. I also tried to pay my bill via Boost app but it says that the account no is not valid. So now how do i pay my bill? Please assist on this urgenty. My account number is 209900231. Thanks

Your account is active. To pay using Boost, you can read this article

Pay your unifi home & mobile bills using Boost! 

 

Can you verify your email address with us? You need to use that email to log in, not register new email.

Yes, i did log in with my registered email as well as give the detail to the customer service i'm dealing with. My email adress would be muhammadkamalhilmi@gmail.com. It was the same email i registered with my home wifi subscription previously. Kindly assist. Thanks
