i can login to digitalme (proper registration done ie NRIC, unifimobile phone no, etc) but it says "No UNIFI account found"... so, i cannot pay my unifimobile postpaid bill... all the while, i have been paying thru selfcare... help..
and the chatbot waiting time is like forever... tried twice, 1hour 30 min everytime...

You need to sync with your unifi mobile account. Your email, IC is importance. When it sync, then you can see your unifi account.
