Hello!

Just turn on your hotspot on your mobile phone. Do ensure that you're located within 4G coverage, using 4G phone (preferred band 5) and network set to 4G network.

Just want to clear my understanding. This means, after 31 December, it will be converted back to the original 2-hour hotspot pass purchase?

Not too sure about that as webe did not state anything about what will happen to hotspot after 31 Dec.

Why when I used it on the laptop, it says that I did not have any active hotspots for my number ?

Hi @Bahiyah, please check that your phone is connected to 4G/LTE. The free hotspot is only available for 4G/LTE

i have changed my mobile setting to LTE but its still shown 3G on the phone screen. is that means that im not enjoying the LTE 10gb and how do I change it?

Hi...may I know if this 10GB LTE Mobile WiFi is still available to those registered today?

Really hope webe will extend the registration period, not until 30 Sept 2017...hopefully until 31 October 2017?
