Since the website still has the info on the promo, the promo is still on. If you don't get this LTE hotspot, better to check with the livechat team.

when i try to on my personal hotspot, it prompts " To enable personal hotspot on this account, please contact Carrier"

 

so how do i overcome this?

iphone? go to hotspot apn setting and enter "unifi"

hi saya cuba untuk add on mobile hotspot guna selfcare tapi asyik tak boleh. asyik keluar no subscription. no order.

dah tekan buy now.tapi tak boleh..

 

saya perlukan add on ni segera..boleh customer care setupkan???

Nonsense for customer to use hotspot only for 4G/LTE. There is no way for company to loss income if their give hotspot at 3G. Webe data is really not stable, if there so no need to be stingy. We no need for 10GB free, coustomer just need nice and easy service.  Service is not value for money. Thanks
