I submitted an online support form, not sure it reach out or not as I didn't receive any CC/email copy of form submission.
The live chat itself reached to dead end, when live chat bot redirect me to so call live agent but ended in a web page saying
Oops, looks like you haven't subscribed to anything yet
The designer of these work flow process should get a face palm.
It's been a day after submit support form and no response from re-submission to port in.
Anyone could reach to real support person? I tried all approaches available and unable to reach one who could help, except @remstr
It's frustrating and bit of regret to port over.
