Horrendous waiting period without any reply.

I've been waiting for hours and hours wihout any reply from your end. 

I need line reconnection, I need to know why my bill has skyrocketed to almost 100% even though I've been using the first start up line since Webe 2016.  Please reach me out and rectify. Its pretty much useless if there's no customer support to address enquiry and other important services.
